We’re adding to the marketing team here at Bulbstorm. Haven’t heard of us? Well, in the last few weeks we’ve been profiled by Inside Facebook, written up in PR Week, and praised by Arizona’s own Jay Baer of Convince & Convert.
We don’t have job descriptions because we don’t want to put you in a box. We’d rather an exceptional candidate define the job than a rigid job definition exclude an exceptional candidate.
That said, we’re probably looking for two people. One is probably a numbers person with experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. This person should be able to assess our tech and programs and recommend, implement and monitor analytics and reporting tools. The other is probably a social media and Web 2.0 hotshot. This person should have a tech or marketing (not content creation) background with a finger firmly on the industry’s pulse well beyond Twitter and Facebook.
We’re willing to adjust our need based on super talent. We’re looking for specialists or managers with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to ideate new programs and drive them into existence. Only kick-ass peeps need apply!
