Full-time Internet Channel Manager

Summary
This position would be responsible for creating, developing, planning and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives for internet and on-line banking.

Duties

  • Drive marketing strategies with outside marketing firm(s).
  • Aggressively use analytics and marketing skills to drive new business into the internet bank and National Bank of Arizona.
  • Drive marketing efforts for the online banking and technology related channels.
  • Responsible for leveraging a combination of bank and technology related sales and marketing skills.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Service and the strategic marketing team (SMT) to develop and implement marketing strategies around new products and services.
  • Oversee and manage operating / marketing budget for internet and on-line banking.
  • Leverage affiliate relationships for online and technology marketing.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to the General Duties and Responsibilities of Employees.

Position Dimensions
This position contributes favorably to the bank’s bottom line by the successful implementation of internet and on-line banking marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements
A minimum of two years internet marketing experience in a financial institution or a minimum of four years of related internet and marketing experience in a financial institution is required. A four-year degree is strongly preferred. Management and leadership skills are required and must be self motivated and independent. Also required are strong computer, software, and technology skills as well excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must posses extensive knowledge of online and internet marketing, public relations, sales and service, and strong analytical skills in online marketing. Knowledge of the bank’s products and services are
also required.
