About Us:
Based in the Scottsdale (AZ) Airpark, we are a self-funded, very profitable SaaS/web/subscription company. We have been in business since 2003.
If you get the job, you’d be working at company very much in start-up mode. But, that doesn’t mean we expect you to give up benefits: Food and beverages are provided. (pretty much name it and it will magically appear) We have a $6000 automatic espresso machine. There’s a gym. Toys: Wii, Xbox360, Electric off-road skateboard, a unicycle – yep, a unicycle. We have a keg. Right now we’re working on killing the Sam Adam’s so we can get a Negra Modelo. It’s tough work. We play ping pong – a lot. We even have a ping pong robot. Oh, yeah, and there’s a ping pong instructor that comes in to give lessons every Friday. There’s a rock climbing wall. Seriously. Oh, and you can bring your dog to work.

Sound a bit like dotcom-era, unsustainable opulence? Well there’s a catch. This will become your mission; it will keep you up at night, and your reason to get out of bed every morning. So, even while you are washing your free pistachios down with your free latte after a workday game of ping pong, you’ll be chatting about how we can do a better job presenting “What your 5 biggest SEO competitors know that you don’t!”. It’s inescapable, but it’s challenging and a lot of fun.

Compensation: We pay market-competitive salaries.

Summary: If you’ve read this far you might be waiting for the shoe to drop. The truth is, this IS the perfect job for the rising video editor/creative director. It IS real. We ARE real. But, to get the job you have to be THE smartest person in every room you enter. The interview process is the toughest in the valley, truly.
We really aren’t trying to gratify our own egos by watching you suffer through impossibly difficult exercises. It’s just that everyone here is vested in this mission, and we don’t get to hedge our bets. We can only put our chips on one person. I sincerely hope you have what it takes, and I wish you luck.
