Client Services Manager

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to be responsible for the direction and management of national client service functions, including hiring, training, process automation, and client management best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency. We want proactive individuals who aren’t afraid to dive in head first and drive success within the team.

Responsibilities
• Hire, train, retain and mentor group that interfaces with strategic National clients and ensure that the team achieves and exceeds the clients’ business objectives
• Contribute to company strategy, plans and service focus, based on feedback from clients and staff
• Actively participate in management and training of national account team personnel, motivating the team to a high level of performance
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (specifically National Sales) to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Define and enforce levels of service, touchplan, deliverables, and optimizations
• Lead research, creation, implementation and management of client campaigns with various outlets such as Google, Yahoo!, Bing, CitySearch, Ask, MIVA, Enhance and others.
• Supervise analysis of campaign data and advise team on proper adjustment utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return on ad spend.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience managing 10 or more employees in a fast-paced, high-volume client service work environment
• Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
• Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes while staying the course and deliver results
• Demonstrated experience building profitable client and vendor relationships
• Hands-on, action-oriented leader with the ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
• Experience working with National/franchise relationships a strong plus
• Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including the major players and supporting technologies; specifically SEM, SEO and online lead generation
• 5+ years of hands-on online marketing experience with 2+ years SEM
• Certified Google Advertising Professional is a plus
