You must have 3-5 years interactive/technical project management experience
Experience working in an agency environment is highly desired

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Project Plans & Timeline – The Project Manager is responsible for hitting deadlines, staying under budget, organizing each projects business objectives and setting their team up for success. A detailed project plan accompanied by an accurate timeline is a necessity.
Manage Project Budget – The Project Manager is responsible for budgeting and managing multiple technical and creative teams within that budget
Manage The Project Team – The Project Manager is responsible for managing project teams of strategy, creative, and development professionals and driving them to success.
Client Interaction – The Project Manager is responsible for working with the client to clearly define each project’s scope while ensuring the client’s needs are met. Strong interactive and technical expertise is a must – you have to “talk the talk and walk the walk”.
Manage QA Efforts – The Project Manager is responsible for delivering a quality product. Each project will be assigned a Technical Lead to assist from a technical perspective but the Project Manager will set the quality standard.

Anticipate client needs and propose alternative technical solutions
Possess a knowledge base of each client’s business, systems and objectives
Understand browser / client specific compatibility issues
Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project: team, scope, budget, timelines, etc.
Motivate teams of cross-functional disciplines (strategy, design and development) to achieve the desired project goal

Qualifications:

Ability to lead creative, development and production teams
Experience in developing functional requirements, project plans, and budgets
Passion for learning the latest interactive technologies and techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment, juggling multiple projects at once
Strong Knowledge of online development technologies such as .Net, HTML, CSS and Flash
Knowledge of emerging platforms like mobile and Facebook
Strong knowledge of Project Management processes including Agile methods
Knowledgeable on the latest online marketing strategy and tactics
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team

Compensation:

The chosen candidate will receive a base salary based on experience and track record, plus has the potential for annual bonus. Generous health and life style benefits are available in addition to a matching 401K.

The purpose of the Web Production Manager position is to drive the day-to-day operations of the Web Services group within Isagenix. This person will oversee the Web Services production staff and change request process, including but not limited to the following areas: the Isagenix corporate Web site, Isagenix member’s replicated web sites, Isagenix Micro-sites, Isagenix-sponsored Blogs, Mobile Web sites/applications, SMS-text messaging, and Marketing-based E-mail production.

Essential Duties & Primary Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

•Be the liaison between the IT and Marketing departments on the day-to-day deliverables tied to the overall Web presence of Isagenix.
•Manage a staff of 3 Web Designers and Front-End Developers on the daily deliverables for the various departments within Isagenix.
•Create, maintain, and distribute the weekly production schedule for the Web Services team.
•Help collaborate, brainstorm, and evolve current Isagenix online presence and strategy including: Isagenix corporate and replicated sites, Blogs, Mobile, Microsites, and E-mail template designs.
•Helps maintain content changes across all of our sites via our proprietary CMS (Content Management System)
•Partners with other groups within the IT department to provide Web-based solutions.

Job Requirements:

Competencies (Behavioral and Technical Skill Requirements)
•Experience Managing a team of front-end Web Designers, Web Developers and Content Specialists (or combination of all) for a small, medium, or large corporation (4-5 years minimum)
•Expert knowledge of Web production and change control/management (4-5 years minimum)
•Expert in hands-on Web Design and/or Web Development experience (4-5 years minimum)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (2-3 years minimum)
•Intermediate knowledge of Web technologies such as, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript/JQuery (1-2 years minimum)
•Experience using a content management system (CMS) (1-2 years minimum)
•Experience using and managing a bulk-email system for Marketing E-mail distribution (i.e. Lyris, ExactTarget, ConstantContact, etc.) (1-2 years minimum)
•Proficient in understanding Social Media Platforms like Facebook and Twitter as it relates to shared online content distribution. (1-2 years minimum)
